In this season of the Amazing Spider-Talk podcast, Dan Gvozden and Mark Ginocchio will talk about how Spider-Man finally made it into the BIG TIME under the creative pens of Stan Lee and John Romita Sr.

In this twelfth and final episode of Season 2, they’ll be talking about how Stan Lee’s historic run ended on Amazing Spider-Man and how the transition to new writers was handled. It’s an episode so busy we needed six arms to handle it. To help us discuss that special time period we are joined by an incredibly special guest!

Who is that special guest?

He’s a comic book writer known for his work on The Avengers and X-Men, he was the first replacement for Stan Lee on Amazing Spider-Man and as Editor-in-Chief of Marvel Comics: ROY THOMAS!

Plus, we’re also joined by Nick Spencer and Marc Guggenheim as they give their thoughts on Stan’s run.

This week’s Patreon Exclusive episodes include a review of Amazing Spider-Man #4/LGY 805 and a review roundup of August’s B-Titles. If you’d like to become a patron, please visit:
