In 1978 CBS debuted the Web Slinger’s very own live action television series! In this episode, Peter Parker’s college professor brings active Plutonium to campus. Nothing bad can come of that, right? Right?!

Join hosts Cain Winstead and Matthew Deragisch as they dive though the untouched corners and forgotten tales of the Spider-Man library on a hunt for lost gems and what it truly means to be a Spider-Man story.

This episode covers 1978’s THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, SEASON 1 EPISODE 1 & 2 “THE DEADLY DUST, PART 1 & 2” (Also known as the movie “SPIDER-MAN STRIKES BACK” in some markets)

Next episode we will be covering Toei’s Supaidāman, Season 1 Episode 8 “A Very Mysterious Folktale: The Cursed Cat Mound” (世にも不思議な昔ばなし 呪いの猫塚). You can watch it here on YouTube.
