Dan and Mark discuss the forgotten-classic “The Owl / Octopus War” storyline from the pages of Spectacular Spider-Man #73-79 in a bonus episode of the Amazing Spider-Talk!

These issues aren’t available on Marvel’s digital store or Marvel Unlimited and haven’t been collected anywhere. If you haven’t read the story, Dan and Mark summarize the events and discuss its lasting impact on the characters. If you do want to read along, the issues are fairly cheap to pick up for books from a classic ’80s Spider-Man story.
